Mon, 31st October 2016, 3:34am I attended our regular meeting on Saturday 29th October 2016, and had full days entertainment, starting with a MMM Degree delivered by lodge Union No244 Stonehouse, the degree work was exemplary only to be followed by some first class entertainment at the harmony after the meal, lodge Union 244 is our RWM William Stewart's mother lodge, and we have antisapated this meeting for some time (we were not disappointed) many thanks go to lodge Union 244's RWM and the very large deputation which accompanied him for a day well spent. Tue, 4th June 2013, 10:46pm (Tue, 4th June 2013, 11:46pm UTC+1) I had the pleasure of attending a recent meeting for lodge St Enoch 1288 held at Gardenside Street Temple. It was a very special visitation from Lodge St. David No. 1741 from the Bahamas. The brethren carried out a FC degree. I thoroughly enjoyed witnessing a very different ritual but still with the same meaning. It was also good to see some of the brethren from Burns Immortal 1730. Dougie Walls IG |
Sun, 10th February 2013, 11:57am I had the privileged to attend a Charity Burns Supper hosted by Lodge St Enoch 1288 at Gardenside Street Uddingston. The evening was a tribute to PM Bro Gil McAlonan with all proceeds being donated to St Andrew’s Hospice. www.st-andrews-hospice.com The night was filled with delicious food, excellent entertainment great company and proud brethren.
